How do I obtain an invitation into a qualifier?

Log onto www.ncchsi and click on apply to submit an application for consideration.

How do I sign up for a tournament if I receive an invitation?

If you receive an invitation to participate you will also be given a code to gain access to our registration form.

I missed a registration deadline, what can I do?

Contact HQ at 631-584-9544 ask for Christine or Tom.

What yardages will be played?

Boys will play from the blue tees and Girls will play from the white tees. Distances are determined by the club.

Can I use a golf cart?

Pull carts are acceptable, electric carts will be provided as long as the player has a documented disability.

Can I use a caddie?

No caddies are allowed.

Are spectators allowed on the course during tournament play?

Spectators will be asked to confine themselves to the cart paths.  If a spectator is in violation of this rule a warning will be issued.  2nd offense, player will incur a stroke penalty and face possible disqualification.

How far in advance will I get my pairings, tee-time and hole assignment?

All tournaments will be shot-gun start.  Assignments will be given after the registration process is completed.

Can I get a refund, if I cancel from a tournament?

No refunds will be given.  Consideration will be given depending upon the circumstances and will be decided by HQ.

Will food and beverage be provided to the players?

Yes, it will be decided by the club in advance what menu they will provide.  This information will be delivered to the players in their invitation.

Are practice rounds included in the entry fee?

No practice rounds will be provided during the regional qualification rounds.  Practice rounds will be provided for the National Championship round.  Qualified players will be given their options for tee times when they receive the itinerary for the National Championship.
